Angles and Pointed Tips

When two lines meet, they form an angle. Angles are measured in degrees. Angles of 30, 45, 60, and 120 degrees are considered regular angles. It is possible to show shapes constructed of straight lines at regular angles.

The endings of two arcs, or of one arc and one straight line , can also be joined , displaying a pointed tip. Just as angles can be acute or obtuse, the place where two lines meet to form an angle [the pointed tip] can be sharp or blunt.

Angles and tips in a shape can be rounded by using tiny arcs.
